(Shout out to Ron Atkin, da MAN, who is apparently a beast at locating vehicles! Thanks for finding OURS right under our noses, Ron...) We were in a SUPER hurry due to a dinner we had to attend that evening and Joey commented that he was working as fast as he EVER had to complete our paperwork. When we got to financing, Corey Javes also got us through that process as quickly as possible, while still taking the time to make sure we understood the terms of our deal. Joey was very responsive and attentive the entire time, AND the next day when we brought the new Bug back for a detail. He made sure we had his contact info., scheduled our first free service appointment and followed up afterward. We were impressed with the whole culture at VW of Orange Park; there is very much an atmosphere of Teamwork and found it to be such a pleasant, comfortable place to be. Volkswagen of Orange Park was the last stop on my search for a new car. I wish it had been the first! I was greeted immediately in the parking lot, but didn't feel harassed. My salesman, Justin, was very thorough in finding out my likes, dislikes, price range, and "absolute must haves", and didn't try to push any of their more expensive vehicles. The dealership had the largest inventory of any other dealership that I visited. This was most beneficial for me because I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted. Justin and I spent time walking around the lot looking at their inventory and narrowing down to the perfect vehicle for me. He was very knowledgeable of all the car's features was able to quickly answer all of my questions. After test driving my perfect car, we naturally talked numbers. Justin and the sales manager worked well to get me very close to the price that I wanted. The entire process was surprisingly painless. This was due largely to the the atmosphere of the dealership and the personalities of the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, courteous, and fun to hang around with! They worked as quickly as they could to get me in my car and on my way, but made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left the lot. Awesome staff, amazing inventory, and great price! More

This is the fourth VW my wife and I have owned. The first three were TDI Beetles which we still own a 05.
