We were missing a key fob, went in and they did not setup the remote start. Now we have to go back again for another 1 - 2 hour service visit. Just absolutely unprofessional all around (minus Sales Scott). To top it off my husbands name is spelled incorrectly and I have asked 3 different people to fix this and 2 weeks later and we are still dealing with this. More
