Service was good. However, had to follow up on tire pressure, tire rotation and oil change. Upon entering vehicle and I started it oil reminder light was still lit adv However, had to follow up on tire pressure, tire rotation and oil change. Upon entering vehicle and I started it oil reminder light was still lit advising me to change oil when verifying tire sensors it was registering still low and tires was not rotated. I talk with the service advisor he was available (Robert) the technician that service vehicle seen me enter after pulling up to the office, he over heard me asking other advisor about service and asking to speak with Robert. The technician stated what’s wrong, I advised him above the concerns. He said everything was done as requested, I said ok however, items that I came in for was still being lit or advising to change as I stated above when entering vehicle. The technician did take vehicle back added air to tires, resented oil warning. Felt like this should have been all addressed when vehicle was scheduled for service. More
