We didn't have an appt but we couldn't shut odf the car. They took us right in and knew the cause of the problem. Gave us an estimate of having it ready tomorrow but got it done that day. I was not at all pleased with new vehicle prep. The windows were filthy the driver seat is stained and for the exterior all it got was the little car wash in the northern lot. When I brought a new Camaro there they did a most excellent new car prep and even did some kind of car wax or something and on the “program vehicle” I purchased there , again another great prep was done to it before I got to take it home. Most impressive, but now I simply don’t know what happened to the excellent new car prep department! More
