This dealership was by far the best I have been to. I talked to 4 different dealerships while shopping for a new car and not one of them gave me the service that Hank Graff did. Alex Harburn was my sal I talked to 4 different dealerships while shopping for a new car and not one of them gave me the service that Hank Graff did. Alex Harburn was my salesmen and he was very professional, personable, truthful and did what he could to get me the best deal on my car. Janell in finance was also great, she took the time to explain everything to me and did not let me leave with unanswered questions. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all during my appointment. Overall the experience was great and I will use Hank Graff again in the future for a new car purchase. More
