I have found the service at Hank Graff declining each time I bring my vehicle in. First, it takes a long while for anyone to acknowledge your presence. My friend was there the same day and we both agreed time I bring my vehicle in. First, it takes a long while for anyone to acknowledge your presence. My friend was there the same day and we both agreed that there seems to be no clear direction in what each techs job is. Second, my appointment was at 12:15 and it was a good 25 minutes before it was serviced. I have decided that I will take my vehicle to Kearsley Auto going forward. More
