Went in for an oil change, but bigger issues were found, Cody took care of everything and when it was going to take longer than expected, he arranged a ride home for me. Curtis was very personable, and I enjoyed the ride back home. Christina then picked me up later (found out I live almost next door to her son) and brought me back. Cody was unavailable, but Curtis (who gave me the ride home) took care of the rest. While it is never good news that your car needs unexpected repairs, everyone I dealt with made it a little less painful. Wonderful service and staff, will be back, and I highly recommend. More
The sales staff were great but when I discovered some issues with the vehicle the day after purchase, we had a hard time. The person we initially spoke with seemed quite irritated that we brought the veh issues with the vehicle the day after purchase, we had a hard time. The person we initially spoke with seemed quite irritated that we brought the vehicle back without an appointment. The mechanic treated us well but missed some important details in our initial description of the issues that resulted in more than one attempt to diagnose the issue before the cause was finally found and fixed. Even though we had just bought the vehicle, and were told it had been inspected, we had to pay for all the work done on it because it was not covered by warranty. In the end, we are shelling out close to another grand to confirm the vehicle is actually good to go. I do not know what more we could have done to avoid the unfortunate situation but having to pay more to restore confidence in the vehicle was not the experience I was looking for. It was the first time going to Hank Graff and I would not recommend them without sharing my experience to set expectations. More
