My appointment was 7:30 , it was there 2 days and mechanics did not even look at it but I am expected to leave it in the dealership parking lot. I called on day two to see where we were in the process; Gary lied and said oh I see the mechanic is looking at it. I’ll check and call you right back.I again called back to check and was told the mechanic would look at it tomorrow. I picked my car up. I will not be back! More

Mark was awesome to work with. My car was totaled in a collision. I was afraid I was going to have to 'settle' for something I wouldn't like.
