I have been buying cars and getting them serviced at Graff Chevrolet for the last 40 years. Recently on a visit to your dealership I was informed that there was a substantial increase in the price of an Graff Chevrolet for the last 40 years. Recently on a visit to your dealership I was informed that there was a substantial increase in the price of an oil change however the service would include full synthetic oil. Not happy but okay. The service technician then suggested I include an oil additive not once but 3 times. Sorry but I felt pressured. I’m not a believer in most additives especially when I get full synthetic oil already. Very uncomfortable experience. More
