The place is confusing when you get there, a bunch of offices and no one talked to me. So I entered an office with someone in it and she was super rude when I arrived; I finally asked her to find the guy offices and no one talked to me. Well he ended up being in the next office so she had no intention of getting him and I don't know what she went to do. Finally after 20+ minutes, I was able to leave my car. The guy I asked for was better and helped me but he kept leaving to take care of other things without saying much. It just was a very non-communicative experience lacking professionalism and customer service. The work they did was good but not sure worth it over another local service shop that's probably more affordable. More

A lack of respect for customer in how this was situation was handle poor communication poor resolution to situation poor handling of paper work and a general lack of concern for getting it right the work order for customer satisfaction, do not recommend this dealership the word is already going out to avoid this business if you own operate a Jeep vehicle.
