Sales manager did not want to negotiate price. His attitude made me feel I was least of his priority and my sale didn’t matter to him. The car arrived a day before and PDI was done the day I got there, there is no way $1200 worth of “protective coating” was applied to this vehicle. I call BS Once again Randy Ycmat was amazing and I’ll do business with him again for sure! Great guy More

After being told that we did not want one of the packages offered, our service advisor became much less friendly and short with us. While waiting in the waiting area, several of the employees interacted very offered, our service advisor became much less friendly and short with us. Our service advisor was no where to be seen at the end of our two hour wait, so the other service advisor had to take care of us. It was clear there were several unhappy customers in the waiting area as well. All in all, it feels like a very hostile work environment as well as inefficient, and we will not be returning. More
