Coffee was old and cold; bathroom was absolutely disgusting with mold and mildew where the paper towels box is located; the fire alarm box was beeping continuously as it was in trouble mode and when disgusting with mold and mildew where the paper towels box is located; the fire alarm box was beeping continuously as it was in trouble mode and when this was presented to the staff they simply brushed it off. Good thing a fire didn’t start because hanlees would have been held responsible. The service for the vehicle went well but it is clear that this waiting area is not a priority for this facility. More
