Service took an hour longer than expected. I have had the car routinely serviced at another Toyota dealership and it usually takes 1.5-2 hours. I was quoted 2-2.5 hours and it took 3 hours. Dealership is great. Bought car there and have regular service there. One employee in parts did not check key fob after battery change. He did it so fast.
