Disappointed in my service appointment. I made the appointment on line for the Toyota Care plan. I’m not a car person, I’m not sure what any of the items mean. I went to drop my car off and I made the appointment on line for the Toyota Care plan. I’m not a car person, I’m not sure what any of the items mean. I went to drop my car off and was asked to sign a paper, no explanation of what it was. Went to pick my car up, got handed my report with zero explanation (and ironically there’s literally a line that asks if someone went over it with you). I asked if everything looked okay and they paged my advisor. He said everything was fine. Not sure if he’s just a man of few words but for the amount of phone calls, emails, and items in the mail I get from this place I’d expect better customer service or at least an explanation of what was happening when I drop my car off for routine maintenance especially when the dealership I bought it from was SOOO pushy about this magical extra package. More
