I had an appointment at 9am for my 5000 mile service. I arrived 10 minutes early. My service advisor Jorge was not friendly and did not have a good explanation for why it could take 2 hours. When I went to ask Jorge when it would be done he was busy on his cell phone. They have no respect for other people’s time! Horrible business plan. I was given an estimate from one service person when I brought in my car. When I picked up the car another service person did the paperwork and the cost was more than shown on the computer screen.
