We have been getting our cars serviced here for many years. But I feel like the service is not nearly as good as it used to be. I recently brought my car in for a very expensive service. I told the service advisor that there was a problem with the tire pressure light. After I picked up the car, I realized that the problem with the tire pressure light was still there. I called them back and they said it there’s no problem with it and it’s just related to changes in the temperature. A few days later the tire pressure light has been on constantly all the time which is definitely not normal. So now I have to take it back. After paying $2000 for car service I would hope that everything would’ve been much more carefully looked into More
Waited three hours for an oil change, even with an appointment (which I know doesn't guarantee when they will get to your vehicle). Was told it should take an hour. We tried to pay for our service electronically. We were sent the most archaic form to fill out. This is ridiculous. You sell $50,000 cars. If you do not have an electronic way to pay that is secure it is unacceptable. More
The quality of service was fine but the service rep didn’t have the information I requested online on hand and constantly tried to sell me in additional services. I was also very disappointed that the price they attempted to charge for an oil change was not the price listed on their website. I asked about the difference and they asked me if I had a coupon. Given the price I paid for the oil change I would have expected to have my car washed or at least the windshield cleaned but neither happened. More
