Generally a very good experience. We were presented with good choices on the vehicle, the lease agreement was well explained, and the final pickup of the car was very good too. The only confusing part was the explanation of only getting one electronic key fob. It took a couple to days to determine that the second fob with neither misplaced nor lost, but was part of a nationwide shortage and that we did not have to personally contact Toyota, but that the 'system' would arrange for us to get the second fob. The car is really quite complicated to set up, but we were offered an opportunity to return for a refresher which we will take advantage of. The only other confusing thing is that our car is rated to have 39 miles when fully (100%) charged, but we are only getting 35 miles listed when charged. More
