Love the dealer, but the service is awful. They never called me when the car was done, shuttle service was difficult to navigate, the service tech didn't review the service with me, no one wen They never called me when the car was done, shuttle service was difficult to navigate, the service tech didn't review the service with me, no one went over the inspection with me, car wasn't washed. Cashier didn't check me out until she completed texting on her cell phone; won't be doing service here again. I'll go to another toyota dealer. Roseville has much, much better service. More

Unorganized, poor customer service, poor car service. Went in for 5,000 mile oil change on new car. Made an appointment and was told my car would be ready in 1-1.5 hours so I told them I’d wait in lobby. Went in for 5,000 mile oil change on new car. Made an appointment and was told my car would be ready in 1-1.5 hours so I told them I’d wait in lobby. 3 hours later, no one updated me on my car to say it would take longer. Had to go up to service providers for updates. Once ready, my car was covered in ants. Ants that weren’t there prior to the visit. I notified employees and they washed it. When my car was returned, it was still wet. they couldn’t even dry it properly. More
