The brand new car after less than a week showed a check enginer light. Service department checked it out, did nothing to fix it. A few days later, it came back on. Since then, service department has been unhelpful and has shown no empathy for our situation. They also ignored our calls for 4 hours. They now say they can't see the car until mid February and are making no effort to improve the situation. Just an awful experience so far with Hanlees. More
