I had a 9:00 appointment and was going to wait for my car. There were many people there already. What is the point of an appointment. Then I was told that I would be called in 1 1/2 hours to let me know car. There were many people there already. What is the point of an appointment. Then I was told that I would be called in 1 1/2 hours to let me know what time I could expect my car. Never received a call. I called twice and never got an answer or call back. I think I got my car back at 4:00 or so. It basically was for a recall and little had to be done. I'm disappointed. I am in the market for a new car but I don't think I will get another Hyundai with this kind of service. Do you need more mechanics? Or are there just too many problems with your vehicles? More
