The service person I spoke with was very nice and professional. There was no one at the service desk for about 10 minutes after I arrived for my appointment time. After 2 hours I was told that they needed to order a part to fix the issue and didn't have it on hand. I thought this was very strange because I was called in for this problem. Now I have to go back another time. I also find that the cost for doing basic things like oil changes, and other repairs that I've inquired about in the past, are much more expensive than through others. More

My 1st appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 12n, when I arrived I was informed that the mechanic didn’t have time to do a diagnostic check today due to the walk-Ins. I rescheduled for the next day at 830am . When I arrived for my 2nd appointment at 830a, I was told that they will call me when the diagnostic check was completed. By 4p I called to check the status of my car. I was informed that The diagnostic test would not be until tomorrow. Once the diagnostic test was done the repair was completed. More

They seemed to have done most of the services requested, but they forgot to fill up my tires. Many other people there were frustrated and it seems like this could be a regular trend for the facility. If so, they should manage the appointments so that there are fewer given the delay. More
