Technician was very helpful but I had to ask multiple questions to get help and had to ask to speak direct to technician. Technician was diligent in helping me find a temporary solution. They were understaffed to mechanics had called out to service check in people were not there. Cars were all over unable to move cars that had been dropped off without keys.
