Service department is not responsive when you leave messages. They did not call me when they did finish working on my new car, which had a broken latch when I took possession at time of purchase. Said messages. They did not call me when they did finish working on my new car, which had a broken latch when I took possession at time of purchase. Said I would have to pay for repair of the latch anytime in the future if it didn’t work, accusing me of “tampering” with it. The person who gave me the keys when I bought it was the one who pointed out the broken latch and said the service department would call me to set up an appointment. Never happened! Will not service my car at this dealership! More
