Service department is not responsive when you leave messages. They did not call me when they did finish working on my new car, which had a broken latch when I took possession at time of purchase. Said I would have to pay for repair of the latch anytime in the future if it didn’t work, accusing me of “tampering” with it. The person who gave me the keys when I bought it was the one who pointed out the broken latch and said the service department would call me to set up an appointment. Never happened! Will not service my car at this dealership! More
Alana Brown was a great sales rep with excellent customer service. She went beyond the call of duty to drive our old car to our home as we drove the new car so we could get the charger and clean out the old service. She went beyond the call of duty to drive our old car to our home as we drove the new car so we could get the charger and clean out the old car without having to drive back to the dealer ourselves. That saved a lot of time on a night we had plans. She also helped me get the charging apps on my phone and gave me her cell phone number to train or troubleshoot anything else with the car. More
Been going here since 2021 for my GV80 servicing etc. Today’s appt. was a bit misleading. When I arrived for my “diagnostic” appt. She stated that my car needed to stay for the whole day. Of which I WAS NOT told this info when I called to make the appt.. now I have to return on another day to drop off car for the day.
