I got a diagnostic for an alignment issue. Technician found the issue. Still waiting for an estimate 3 weeks later. I called 4 times already. Worst of all though is that although I love my Genesis, I don’t feel comfortable buying a new vehicle of this brand now. The service unfortunately seems very unreliable. More
