The service center is difficult to reach to schedule appointments. The website does not work. They take days to return calls, and the information given , especially about warranty. They do not provide the advertised concierge service, there is no local shuttle service, and they rarely have the option to borrow a car while yours is service. I feel trapped into using this poor service center because there are so few approved centers in my area. It’s really unfortunate their service is so bad. I love my GV80 but dealing with the service contract at this center is a nightmare! More

Just signed a new 4 year lease on a Kona EV, which drives much better than my previous Chevy Bolt EV & so far, I’m getting far better service as well - nail in my tire in my first week & boom, Hanlees gives much better than my previous Chevy Bolt EV & so far, I’m getting far better service as well - nail in my tire in my first week & boom, Hanlees gives me a loaner, while they order a new tire! Then, Hyundai also includes a 36 month Maintenance Package with my new lease, which although minimal on an electric vehicle, still is a nice touch. Overall, nothing but good things to say about these folks - from Sales Rep. Bryan; to Sales Manager Kevin; to Abdul in Finance; top notch, all the way! More
People are friendly but could have used more information on the vehicle. The vehicle was a certified pre-owned but to me, it was a new car.
