When I arrived for my appointment they said it would be two hours, longer than usual because some earlier jobs had taken longer. At 2 hours my car had not been moved so I asked for an update. They took 5 minutes to talk to the service staff, came back and said I’d be next and it would be 45 minutes. And so it was. The oil change was done as required. While there I talked with the parts department and they were helpful about identifying parts that fit my car and ordered some touch up paint. I feel comfortable that this will be my maintenance garage for the next three years. More
Buying experience was without drama. I have an outstanding issue with a charger I understood was included in the package (it was not).
