They did not really know much technically about my problem. They also fabricated a false story about my radiator having a leak and needing repairs. It has not leaked at all. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They treated my wife terrible and were very unhelpful in diagnosing an extended warranty issue. Poor communication with the service dept. never able to talk to the service manager. Truck was in for 6 plus months. Never got it fixed and tried to say I drove it away but had aaa pick it up never able to talk to the service manager. Truck was in for 6 plus months. Quick service, unfortunate that it took 3 unanswered call to set up said service. I supplies my own oil and filter, sad that they couldn’t throw out the carton the oil was is, but I’m glad they didn’t make m to set up said service.
