Hanlee's was great and they exceeded my expectations, I only wish it was closer to where I live in Petaluma. I refuse to deal with the Subaru dealer in Santa Rosa due to horrible experiences with sales and service. I'll drive the 30 miles for great service any day! Thank you, great job! More

Service representative is very friendly and thorough. Sometimes the service to the car is sloppy, this time the mechanic forgot to reset the electronic system in the car. After the service it continued to state I was due for a service. Another device I had, the fluids were not filled even though that was part of the service, these instances makes me feel like I’m not getting what I am paying for mechanically. The experience with front of house was fantastic and I always appreciate the free pick up service to get to work. More
