The reason I gave this four stars rather than five is that it took a long time to line up the financing. More importantly the numbers for selling gap protection and gps tracking theft protection were not clear which resulted in an experience that felt less than honest. More

I am a very difficult person to please and dealing with Xavier and the rest of the Hanna Team was as smooth as you could ever ask for. I got a fantastic car for a fair price. Longer Review: Always make sure that when you are talking numbers you are talking bottom line numbers as their fess are very high, they are not hidden, just high. This was not an issue at all as they were upfront with me on the total cost of the car from the beginning. The car that I got was exactly what I was looking for so in the end I got a great car for what was a fair price. All of the people that I interfaced with were top notch and although I am not one that gives 5 star reviews looking back I could not think of anything that they could have done better. Feel comfortable dealing with them and go see Xavier for your next car! More
