We started off at Carmax and were very disappointed in their “pitch” and low ball figure for our trade in. We definitely had to do the song and dance a little, however they were very nice and quick! It was a refreshing experience honestly as we have always wanted to avoid dealerships as we can not stand the sales game. Our sales agent Jacob was fantastic. He was easy to speak to and full of knowledge. He made the experience a lot less painful. We highly recommend him. We also had a great experience with Bobby. The finance guy, Bobby, was also fantastic! That can also be a painful experience and he made it a lot smoother then it has been in the past. More
