They will tell you everything you want to hear to sell you a car. They didn’t disclose the car I bought was wrecked, secretly added a $2,500 warranty, and never honored a “we owe” agreement for a spare ke you a car. Horrible service, managers are dogging phone calls at all cost. Bought a car with pre-existing issue they promised to fix during test drive. Deceptive. Scam. Bullies. Awful experience. Salesman didn't disclose accident until it was time to sign paperwork. Tried to charge me for one of their lojacks, Scam. Bullies. Awful experience. Salesman didn't disclose accident until it was time to sign paperwork. Tried to charge me for one of their lojacks, despite me having my own financing, hiding it under a vague "accessories" charge. Lied to me twice about what that "accessories" charge included before finally admitting it was a lojack. Then told me it can't be removed. After arguing with a finance person I was offered a discount on the lojack and then after arguing more was told it could be removed. When I decided I had changed my mind about the car (for reasons that should be obvious now) I asked for my pre-approval check back. The finance person tried to bully me even further and when I insisted on getting my check back he finally said he would go get it but instead went over to his co-workers to talk xxxx about me. It took his manager walking to his office and grabbing my check for me to finally get it back. This place deserves to go out of business. Awful place. You deserve better. More
