Great experience both times!!!! Came in few months ago to buy daughter a car & was approached by Jake. Very nice professional, not pushy. Had the car picked out so we test drove. Was closing on a new home the next week so couldn't do anything. Jake was very kind & understood. Unfortunately after thinking about it our daughter got cold feet. Two weeks ago our daughter decided it was time so we went back & found Jake. Once just as professional as the 1st time. Within 2 hrs we test drove the car she wanted signed the paperwork & was on our way. Will definitely be back for our next car with Jake & Hannah Imports. INCREDIBLE AND SPECTACULAR! SCARED NERVOUS AND EVEN PARKING IN THE WRONG BUILDING ... 15 MINUTES LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT ( Bad Traffic had let us do poorly). We were approached by a young man Who graciously led us to the the right place : Mr David Taveras . We were so carefully approached / " Greeted ", we then began to relax ! His whole demeanor even set my extremely nervous wife at total ease! My age and limited finances pushed me towards a used car and we really were not too thrilled! The Rav4 we looked at Was So Clean we felt like we were in a new one ! It rode so smoothly and the "Kind young man" ... So Special and Patient ! My Wife was in love with the car and totally relaxed ! My son called said the" Carfax" showed it had been in a wreck and That He scheduled an appointment to have the frame reviewed for Saturday morning . Saturday morning we got a call from Mark Jacobson and they said they would meet our requirements for price and features Come get Your New RAV4 For $24,963.00 out the door all fees taxes dealer prep and 2 year maint. included .. change from $ 25,000.00 cash.
