Great service! So I had been looking for a car for about 2 months, and the first guy I went to was really rude. He acted like there was no way he could help me get i So I had been looking for a car for about 2 months, and the first guy I went to was really rude. He acted like there was no way he could help me get into a new car. So a few weeks later i saw a anther car I liked and did a info request and my next representative (David taveras) took my case very quick. As we talked, I came in the next day to test drive and he greeted me very respectfully. We talked about the car, talked about finance, talked about some personal life and then I text drove. After we got back we talked business. I told him what I wanted my payments to be and did everything he could to try and get them there. But didn’t work because I had a trade in that had a lot of negative equity on it. So I wanted a few days. Later on in the week was was back with a loan from my bank but this time I came with my dad. When I called him explaining how I have a better way to getting the car he said “when do you want to come back and talk” And I said this Saturday and he said “perfect I schedule an appointment. As the day started to approach a hurricane came and couldn’t make it.so a dew days went by and I came with my dad and he again was waiting on us and greeted us At the door.the Day went by and he tryied again to get my Payments where I needed to be even with a co-sign and still didn’t work. Then he stated to make plans like plan A plan B ECT. After those plans failed we said then we will come back. A few weeks went by and came back with another solution. By this time it had been a almost a month before I contacted him again with another solution I had. Called him, scheduled a time to meet, came in told him what was going on. He said ok let’s work. Took almost all day for him to get some numbers right but finally he was able to get me my car!!! More
