Great Experience! We went to Hanna Imports to find a car for my daughter. Chris Lord greeted us upon arrival and after a brief conversation, he showed us a few cars in We went to Hanna Imports to find a car for my daughter. Chris Lord greeted us upon arrival and after a brief conversation, he showed us a few cars in our price range. At no point was he pushy or hovering over us. We found the car (SUV) we wanted, in our price range and mileage. They offered some financing options (we ended up paying cash). I really liked that the price listed on the sticker was the true price (no haggling) and that they provide a 12 month/12,000 mle warranty with every car purchased. (Very important when purchasing a used car.) All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely would consider purchasing another car from Hanna imports. Thank you Chris! More

They did their research...Great Experience! I tend to try not to write online reviews so that individuals can form their own opinions about their experiences, however in this case I am going to. The experience hands down was probably the best sales experience (whether it be car or just buying something in general) I have ever experienced. Not only did Joe do his homework on the car but he went out of his way to do additional research as well as shoot a personalized video showing me the details of the car. In the video he specifically addressed any concerns I had about what the car came included with. To take it a step further Joe went out of his way to physically go in and talk to the manufacturer of the car and talk to them about specific features I wanted and were concerned with. The communication between Joe and Craig was fluid and they answered all my questions via call and email as soon as I asked. What sold me on using this dealership was the fact that they were not afraid to state that there were certain things they did not know about a specific vehicle, however they would do their research and get me an answer.
