In person Chris Lord was amazing! He answered all my questions about the vehicle I purchased. I came across this car dealership from searching online. In person he was patient, nice, and wanted to help me the best way he could. The only issue I do have is I asked about damages. He did show me the report reflecting the car never been in any accidents but it had minor scratches.He reassured me these scratches were minor and fixed. The next day after looking at my vehicle I saw noticeable scratches that I did not like, It seemed as if they tried to buff it out and polish it because at first glance I thought someone brushed into my car. When I touched the noticeable marks it was smooth! They at least could have did a paint job on the car if that was the case...My advice especially if you are a female inspect your vehicle all around. I did not notice the scratches because it was sunny until the next day. Overall I would do business and refer people to Chris. More
