Respectfully, written out that May be true… but in reality, I feel otherwise. We signed a “we owe” agreement and my husband was present at the time of appraisal and the appraiser knew my husband fully intended to remove his audio equipment. After the mechanics took me back there to show me the extent of the work I agreed to give them a couple of days to have my items removed. Only to receive a phone call hours later and get told that the appraiser included the speakers and HIDDEN equipment as part of his appraisal. Partially, that may be true. But my husband informed everyone, including management, that we are not leaving that as part of our deal. So, the excuse arose only after they saw how expensive our equipment is. In addition to that, the manager kept saying he wanted the car to be stock. Leaving my equipment is far from stock. On top of that… being ignored with such a serious problem is mind blowing. I have also written a more detailed google review. I suggest you check that out as well. All negative reviews can be deleted if we make this right! They should never have allowed that vehicle to leave that lot with such bad tires. I have included those pictures on my google review. I have an attorney who suggested I try to settle this outside of court as it will only get expensive for me if I do that. However, he assures me I can sue for the value of the car and damages. I’m not that kind of person and I wish to handle this like adults!
