My problem was not so much with the finance person as it was with the business model. I realize that a large percentage of profit from used cars comes from the warranties, protections, insurances, etc. I told myself going in that I wasn't going to sign on for any of that but being in a hurry and not paying enough attention, I did. So now I have to go through the process of canceling some of those extras. The gap insurance and theft protection are totally unnecessary for me with my current auto insurance coverage. Also, I see where I paid $499 for Auto Armor protection and I can't get any verification that the products were ever actually applied as specified in the contract. Which, by the way is not cancellable.

The communication after a car sale or any problems are terrible I won't purchase anything else from them they get your money and never respond back but the company will treat you first class to sale you a vehicle they will answer your questions and concerns before you get a vehicle after that you are just a number and a problem just understand that we you deal with them
