We ended up selecting the one we absolutely loved the most and we are thrilled with our new car! Our salesperson Anne went above and beyond to give us the absolute best experience for buying a car! We felt like we mattered and she made sure the entire process was smooth. We never felt rushed or pressured. The icing on the cake was walking out to take delivery of our beautiful new Mustang and she had a giant gold bow on the hood. We felt like the entire experience was absolutely perfect! Also, the Service Manager, Jeremy took the time to show my husband every detail of the controls and answered all our technical questions. Lastly, Joshua, our finance manager was so awesome to work with. He made sure we left with a smile on our face and a payment we could reasonably afford. All in all I would give my absolute highest rating and recommend your dealership to all my family and friends. 100% satisfied! More
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've been to a lot of dealerships in my life. I was embarrassed of the condition of my trade-in because it was literally my office/purse on wheels and they never batted an eye and even offered more than I expected. My sales associate, Anne ran her behind off for me and who knows who else that day but stayed in touch and did not hassle me at all. Three days later, we were in and out and the only delay was coordinating mine and my husband's time off to be there together. The entire staff was just genuinely nice and no pressure ever. THAT meant the world to me. I felt I was treated fairly and I felt I got a very fair deal. Shout out to Corey, Vinny, Blake, Nicholas, David and the guy at the gate that I didn't catch his name, but was just a great guy. Thank you all for such a great experience! More

It was such a pleasure working with my salesman JW. I initially made an appt with JW almost 2 weeks prior, however I cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. One thing that stood out to me was JW's calm, understanding tone. I told him I'd reach out soon to reschedule, but I hadn't after a week. He and someone else from Offlease followed up with me during that time to inquire if I was still in the market for a vehicle, and if they could help me. I informed them I'd be rescheduling my appt. soon, and I did once I found the vehicle I wanted. I went in with the intent to purchase a car, however someone was signing on it to purchase as I walked in the door. To say I was disappointed and irritated was an understatement. JW was pleasant, and offered to help me with any of the many other vehicles available. While I was set on test driving the car which was being sold right in front of me, I did have 2 suv's in mind, which I saved online. In a matter of minutes, JW was able to pull them up via the stock numbers, brought both vehicles out, popped the hoods, and let my family member and I inspect both vehicles, inside and out, as well as test drive the one I chose. The great part about it was that he wasn't hovering over us (which most large car dealerships are notorious for, and can be annoying at times), neither did he "haggle" me. We discussed numbers, and he wasn't pushy about it. Nor was the manager Jeremy, as I asked to speak with him at some point. All of my many questions and concerns were addressed to my liking, including a nail spotted in the back tire, as well as the missing owners manual (which I guess could be expected with a used vehicle). I walked out satisfied with an suv that day, so much better for my family than the car I initially went in for. Everything happens for a reason. I'm so happy with my purchase!! The ease of the process, the personable sales team, and the "no haggle" approach is why I recommend Offlease to anyone in the market for a NICE used car, and the reason I will be back in the future with my family! More

This has been the 6th time we’ve purchased our vehicles from offlease since 2014 and we don’t have bad issues , always a great experience .
