I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went to the Offlease Only dealership to look at a car I viewed online. I was greeted when I entered by Benjamin Searles. I had come to the dealership to see a particular vehicle, but it was nice to be able to look at other vehicles in the inventory without being pressured by Benjamin. It was a non pressured environment which made it a pleasant experience. I showed Benjamin the vehicle I was interested in and while he went to bring it around for me to see, I had a few moments to view comparable vehicles on the computer. I had every intention to only look at the vehicle I was interested in as I normally prefer to give myself at least a day before making a decision on making a large purchase. Benjamin made my time there so pleasant, discussing the vehicle without pressuring me, I felt like he was a friend of mine and not a stereotypical car salesman I’ve come across at other dealerships. The vehicle was excellent, the price was good and Benjamin’s assistance was excellent throughout my time there, so rather than wait, I purchased the vehicle.
