We are sorry that you are now unhappy with your bed cover and toolbox situation. But, we ordered the exact bed cover and toolbox that you instructed us to order. You even sent us pictures with the part numbers. We realized that the toolbox would not fit under the cover at the time of installation, which is why we wrote you a check back for the toolbox. You were still happy with the cover at the time and told us you would find a box that would work. You then called us days later frustrated that you hadn’t been able to find a toolbox that would work with the cover…that you had told us to order. We cannot buy back a cover that has now been installed and used and then proceed to try and sell it to someone else. We don’t like for people to have bad experiences. We bought back the toolbox that didn’t work and wasn’t installed, but you were happy when you left with your truck and cover. We would have been glad to give you your money back for the cover before the truck left, but we cannot do those things after the fact.
