Though Hanover had sold the blue listed on their internet site, Ben contacted a dealer in Virginia to get me the car I am driving. My local dealer Coughlin was not willing to search for a blue; they wanted to sell their silver one. The contrast between the two dealers about getting me what I wanted was big. However, I did test drive at Coughlin and salesman and general manager were nice. Ben and Hanover went above and beyond. I am so happy with my purchase. More

My sales person Sherri Keller was been fantastic as a senior the new technology tends to confuse me however she has been there every step of the way teaching all about my new Tucson so I can get the most out of it. This is the first NEW car I ever purchased and was such fun going over the brochures and picking out everything I wanted I was so excited the morning I got the call that my Tucson had arrived!!! When I went to pick it up it was everything I wanted and more! Best Experience Buying a Car!! I have bought 2 cars from Hanover Hyundai, and have sent 2 friends and my brother in to see them as well. The salespeople/staff are always very friendly and helpful. My salesman was Ben. He was very informative and helped me decide exactly what I needed in a vehicle, not just what he wanted to sell me. He took the time to listen to what I said, and really listened! ( at first I wasnt sure what exactly I wanted/needed/could afford) He went over buying a new vs used vehicle, and was completely honest about what he thought I could afford, and if it was going to be worth trading in the future. I left with a brand new Elantra, and couldnt be happier. Every time I come in for service, he still takes the time to say hello and small talk, even if he is busy. Which he always is, and I can see why! You dont meet many salespeople as educated about the products and who genuinely care for their customers like him!
