Friendly but expensive - would only consider future service work if problem under warranty. Very disappointed with cryptic invoice. $1373 invoice, of which $1250 posted simply as “labor”. I've have a dent repair claim with this dealer for over 2 months. Kirstin Kohl is the women that has helped me get the claim started. Called 4 times about when to schedule an appointment. Every time I call, I get the runaround that Kirstin Kohl is not there, and will call me back. I have yet to receive a call. I've paid for dent protection, and I'm not getting service I've paid for. This is the worst experience I've had with a Volkswagon dealership, and it's getting ridiculous. If this is not resolved by next week, I will bring this up to corporate. More

The employees at the desk are pretty rude, they get mad when you don’t want to do the service they want you to.
