Christian was quite rude to me when I brought my car in to be serviced. He seemed stressed And he was not able to take the time to answer my questions. When I did ask questions I feel like he was pedantic to be serviced. He seemed stressed And he was not able to take the time to answer my questions. I understand he may be a senior person service, and I would simply train him and others to be much more customer service oriented, and create the circumstances for them to live into that well.
