Bought new Jetta, had all service done there for 16 years This has been a great dealer for us. When we bought a new 2000 Jetta in late 1999, they matched a lower price we got from a Bay Area dealer, found a c This has been a great dealer for us. When we bought a new 2000 Jetta in late 1999, they matched a lower price we got from a Bay Area dealer, found a car with right color and options at another dealer, had it brought up and delivered right to our door, a two hour drive from the dealer. They even threw in the premium sound system with CD changer for no extra cost. We had all service done by them and have been satisfied. The one time they made a mistake that we discovered after getting home, they sent someone to pick up the car, drive it back, fix it and deliver it back to our door. They always give a free car wash with service, and for the first 10 years they gave us a free rental or loaner to use for shopping while our car was being serviced. After 10 years they get us a rental car at a special low price, like $40 for the day. Always treated us first rate. Will buy from them again soon since the 2000 Jetta now has 185,000 miles with never any big problem, just routine maintenance. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single time I bring my car in for service, they make mistakes, don't follow through with agreements, run Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single time I bring my car in for service, they make mistakes, don't follow through with agreements, run late, etc.... This last time they actually couldn't find my car on the lot when I dropped it off early for service (they allow early drop off, you just have to put your key in the early drop box) and had no idea that the key was in the early drop box..... why?? because nobody opened it to look!!!!. No call to check in with me, nothing. So when I was ready to pick up my car half a day later (thinking it was serviced and done) they told me they thought I had not showed up for the appointment! They then panicked and had to do the service last minute, which essentially completely messed up my entire day and evening. No apology, no discount for the MAJOR inconvenience, just more of the same - poor organization and lack of responsible communication. Unbelievable. I do not recommend this service department AT ALL. They are really, really, bad at what they do and now I just don't trust them at all. Unreliable in all ways. I don't know how anyone can run a business like this...... More

I got pictures, videos, and a security guard as a witness. About 4:45am a store employee drives up and walks up to us asking us what car we wanted but then tells us that the guy who was sleeping in his car was there first. We argued with him over it but it seems like they know each other so the man who was sleeping in his car was getting the car no matter what. This is not how Black Friday is supposed to work. People are supposed to be in a line outside in front of the door, not in their car parked with the heater on and sleeping. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! INSIDE JOB!!! More
