Eric the salesman saved us so much time by pretty much reviewing all the numbers possible before we even came to see the car. We live 1 & 1/2 hours away so this was so appreciated. This was the third dealer we went to for a Camero. After a nightmare experience at Simi Valley Chevrolet of hard selling and the finance manager -the "closer"- being down right disrespectful to me, a woman, Eric and Harbor Chevrolet were a pleasant surprise! No hard sell & everyone there was friendly, nice and helpful from the girl at the front desk to the financing woman Lilia who we signed the paperwork with. This dealership is tops! First one that didn't try to rip me off with price and payments like the others where I have previously tried buying. When I walked from other dealerships for my other cars I have bought this year they end up calling my with a completely different payment & cash down, but Harbor doesn't play those games. To this car on saturday was a total of 6 hours driving time to and from the dealership, worth every minute of drive time for this positive experience. You saved me a lot of time & aggravation so thank you Eric. I would and have recommended you to everyone who asks about our new car and everyone is asking about it! When I arrived the truck was up front as promised, and Betty offered to show me the vehicle and answer any questions I might have.
