Excellent Experience My husband and I booked an online appointment on a Saturday morning. Approximately 10 minutes in we received a call to follow up on the appointment. Arriving to the dealership we were greeted with a courteous smile and very attentively, John Kallal, our sales representative was able to listen to what my husband and I were looking for. The whole process was a breeze, we received great service and were provided with all available options to complete our purchase. Since the model of the truck we were seeking to purchase was not available at this location, John, took the time to drive to the location of the dealership where they had our ideal truck in Stock and drove it back to our location. Then we met our finance manager, Lilia Amador, and her service was the greatest. She was able to explain in detail the terms of the contract and the paperwork process was quick. She answer all our questions and she was very friendly. If that doesn't scream excellent service we don't know what else would.
