He was able to answer all of our questions. When it came time to purchase - Ryan and the finance team were great. All of service people in the "garage" area and the porters cleaning up spoke to me. but once inside crickets. people just walk by you and ignore you. In order to garner excellent just create a culture of friendliness so your employees are happy as well as the customer. Once again Les was great and overall it was good but I cant say great. More

BEST NEW CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! So I came down to look at a used Colorado, but also maybe a new vehicle. After looking inside of this vehicle, I had to take it for a test drive, during the test drive, John kept comparing the silverado to the colorado. Well I couldnt walk away from this beautiful vehicle!! John made sure several times that " Are you sure this is the one you want?" because this vehicle is more then that I wanted to originally buy. Now to the fiance department. I never had a fiance department run so smoothly! Just an all around perfect experience for buying a vehicle and the knowledge of the sales team was the best!
