Mr. Pena operated honestly and with a high degree of integrity when dealing with me. The experience far exceeded anything I could have asked for during my shopping period. He delivered exactly what he promised he would and there were no ridiculous back and forth theatrics that many dealers love to make shoppers endure. He quoted me figures over the phone and when I showed up at the dealership, they were just as he stated, down to the penny. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. The industry needs more stand up guys like Carlos Pena. More
