The best dealership experience I've had since moving to LA. First, I would like to say that I've lived in the Southern California area for about 4 years now. Also, I have been in auto sales myself for about 13 years total, but no longer sell cars. I say this because I understand the business and because my experience (both in auto sales and in buying) since moving to the Southern California area has not been good! In fact, if it wasn't so difficult to title (and tax) a vehicle being brought into California, I would fly back to Illinois just to buy my cars rather than deal with the dealers out here!! However, I can say that the experience I have had at Harbor Chevrolet is the best I've had thus far. This is the 4th car I've purchased after moving here, so I do have that buying experience as well as the selling experience. What I liked about Harbor most, was the feeling that it was more of a "home-town" like dealership. The deal was done faster than I expected and they did what they promised. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 star rating is because the car was not as clean as I would have liked. However, I am rather picky about my cars. And why is it that no dealers out here know what a wax job is for a car?? Overall, I am a very happy customer of Harbor Chevrolet so far. More
